Description

Shear is a CPU-mined ledger whose coin, SHE, is created when a block is found and not before. There is no premine and no sale of SHE by the developers. Holders offer a silent ID; the chain writes revolving dests; amounts are confidential. ADMITV1 membership proves a spend is one of this book’s notes without naming which. Proof of work is ShearHash-v3. A found block closes exactly one SHE. Each hasher dest that produced proven work in that round receives its own hash bonus on the next sealed block. While this book has fewer than 10,000 notes the membership set is thin. This preprint states the project’s goals and the architecture that carries them.
